Xp sp2 not as secure as people think

Since I have my own firewall.
I have disabled Application Layer Gateway Service and Windows
Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)

I have notice I got a lot of tcp incoming connection request from My
firewall.

So I did some testing and found out Task Scheduler is the problem.

However. If Task Scheduler is disabled I only got one incoming
connection request which was from my isp. So I blocked it.

Microsoft needs to fix Task Scheduler . I am using xp sp2 rtm.
