Thank you for posting!

For the environment with Windows 2003 AD, you can apply the Group Policy to
OUs. You can manage it by Group Policy Management Console (GPMC). GPMC can
be downloaded from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=0A6D4C24-8CBD-4B35-
9272-DD3CBFC81887&displaylang=en

For the environment with Windows XP Professoinal workgroup, I am afraid
that you have to copy the policy files and folders to the location I
mentioned before...
