Won't recognise passwords

Sound to me that someone hacker your accounts and change
your password , thats if you are talking about websites
that require user name and password .... Also if that is
the case it has nothing to do with micorsoft or
windows ... I would email the webmaster for each site
that you are having this problem with and let them know
that someone has change your account password
