Hi,

I have installed SP2 on a number of machines at work and all seems OK. I
have now installed it on my home Dell PC and in general things seem OK
except I cannot now get upgrades as the machine tells me I'm not an
Administrator - but I am.

I have logged in as Administrator (the oroginal one) and even this won't let
me change settings to my normal account that I use.

I have tried running the updates as Administrator and still the same. I
can't change any accounts even when logged in as Administrator. Both my
normal account and Administrator are reported as being administrators.

Can anyone help here please?

Regards,

Vic
