To be honest it sounds like you may need to find a neighbor/geek to help
you reload PC. By sounds of it, giving someone $30 or so to eliminate
frustration may be easier in the end. I only make this suggestion
because you said "dont remember what to do". If you really want to fix
issue without reload, then more power to you and good luck.
