I have WINXP PRO on a fast 2.8Ghz computer with 512 MB RAM.
 I have defraggged my harddisks, run a good 3rd party registry cleaner,stopped many (most) programs from starting and yet it takes a full 2 minutes exactly from the Windows is starting up screen until the Welcome screen.Other than that the programs and computer runs great.

Any further ideas? To improve Startup?
