This is the error I keep getting when I try to use the
windows updating program from microsoft. I have windows
xp...I closed out the firewall program completely to see
if that was the problem but it still will not work. Not
sure if this is proper forum for this problem but cannot
access microsoft pro website. Will appreciate any
assistance anyone can offer, this error alpha/number
error is not listed in the troubleshooter section on the
update page.
