Hi,

I have found complications (blue screen of death and no
recognition of a hard drive) upgrading or installing from
XP Home (on a brand new dell 8400) to XP Pro.

University support said that the past cases suggest once
you have Home on your pc, you are stuck with it. is this
true?

How is it possible that you cannot upgrade or install XP
Pro if you have Home on the pc already..??

Anyone else hear of this?

Now what?

Thx!
