What is wrong with my Windows XP Pro?!

Hi!
I would really appreciate someone helping me, seeing as Microsoft
(ironically) sells us a product that does not work, has glitches and is as
frustrating as hell to seem to configure things properly or work
alltogether...and the kicker is that they want us to Pay once again for them
to fix THEIR problem! Unbelieveable!

On to my question:
My XP is popping up(while on the Internet Explorer)
-debugging messages,
-line errors,
-error messages(404, etc),
-at the bottom of the screen it says "! done but with errors",
-redirects me to other sites,
-stops in middle of uploading a website,
-says done at the bottom of the screen while there is nothing on my screen,
-fonts are incorrect in my hotmail,
-page unavailable,
-shuts down or freezes sometimes
-lost info
- ETFC!
I know My computer and computers in general, I am not a big time expert but
I ain't no fool. That being said, my firewalls, my anti-viruses, my programs,
etc are all properly configured. I use the Panda program to fix all my
glitches.
I clean my cookies, history, temp files on a daily basis and manually
I regularly do manual searches to clean up excess, broken links, etc.
I update on a regular basis all my programs
My computer as a lot of memory, cache, size/etc...

I am very frustrated and I Know it's a Microsoft problem....PLEASE HELP ME!!!
