C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\My Videos\.....a system folder??

I'm trying to re-install Pinnacle Studio 9. During the install it tries to
install a file, Photoshoot.mpg, into the folder C:\Documents and
Settings\All Users\Documents\My Videos\.

However, the installation stops because Windows says access is denied and
the install is aborted. A check of the properties indicates this folder as
well as My Pictures and My Music are read-only and Windows says they are
system folders and cannot be accessed, deleted, altered, etc.

I have re-installed the program in the past without any problems. My
question is does it make sense that these folders would be read-only system
folders? How can I change the attributes so I can finish installing my
program.

I'm asking the question here instead of at the Pinnacle forum because this
appears to be more of an XP issue than a Studio 9 issue.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Joe
