You have to have *some* CD of a previous system around that you can show
to the Setup in evidence of your entitlement. See if you can find a
Win98 (or even Win95) one on eBay. But make sure it is a proper retail
one (full or upgrade) and not some makers 'recovery' disk that will not
be recognised.
