You can try this:
Click on start and go to run.
Type in services.msc and press ok.
Find Windows Firewall/Internet Connection sharing and double click it.
Go to the Logon tab.
Make sure Local System Account is chosen.
Also, make sure the profile is not disabled at the bottom of this screen.
