Type Library registration problems

I'm developing a Delphi 6 application which involves the
registration of 5 COM servers in the registry. The
application worked fine for NT, 2000 and some versions of
XP. However for XP SP1a I intermittently get an error
message displayed when I try to launch the application -
the OS tries to send MS an error report.
It does appear to be a problem with the registration of
the type libraries as when I try to manually register them
on the command line using -regserver I get the same MS
Error report message.

Does anyone have a similar problem or any idea what might
be the issue here. Also I've downloaded all the latest MS
hotfixes and it doesn't improve the situation.
