The Stop Error would be useful because then you could troubleshoot it
more specifically. Here's a link for troubleshooting Stop Errors:

Knowing what changed between the time things worked and the time they
didn't. New hardware? New software? Power outage?
Other than that, I'd run some hardware diagnostics starting with a RAM
test and including a hard drive test and if all the hardware looks
good, try a Repair Install.
