print screen problem

Hi
I'm trying to take a print screen of a web page then paste
into photoshop. When I do the 'paste', I don't get the
screen shot, just a (very) small icon-type pic.
I've tried different browsers (IE and Mozilla) and
different graphics apps (photoshop, psp and irfanview).
Any ideas or suggestions would be gretaly appreciated
