Start, Run (Type) Regedit - Navigate to this Key
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall]
and check for Sub-keys, each one represents a entry for Add/Remove.
If no entries are present or only a small number, you might have to
consider a System Restore back to a earlier date.
