Something is loading and failing, probably a bad driver. It is not
strange that the second pc won't boot because the drivers installed on
the hard drive aren't the right ones for that pc. Can you get into Safe
Mode? What changed between the time things worked and the time they
didn't? What driver or new hardware did you install?
