My Documents on start up

I have read all the messages here regarding this issue and have followed all instructions but I still get My Documents open as soon as Windows XP laod.

I have found a key in the registry called “monitor” with value Explorer.exe but I am not sure if this is a valid entry.

Could someone please tell me how to solve this problem?
