Hi,

If you deleted it, then it wouldn't show on the logon screen. What you
probably have is a corrupted user profile. Logon as administrator in Safe
mode, then create a new user account for yourself. Logoff and restart
normally, log in under the new user. Copy over deired data from the old user
profile before deleting it (control panel/users).

Some have found this hotfix may help save the original user profile, others
not:
