Data access

Hi,

I tried accessing databases like MS-Access, SQL server
and Oracle via ODBC drivers. When the application
connects to the database, I have encountered "Microsoft
error Message' which is asking me to send the report to
microsoft. I tried to connect all dbs using Excel,
Crystal report and ODBC test tool kit and receiving the
same error message. Please help me to resolve this issue.

OS is : Windows XP - traditional chinese.
