It's very difficult from fatkins's message to tell exactly what
was deleted, but it's highly unlikely that System Restore will do
anything to help. System restore restores system files, and does
nothing for applications and user data.
There are third-party undelete programs that can help if they are
used quickly enough, but if it's been two weeks, I doubt if they
will recover anything. And if it's mostly application that were
lost, even an undelete utility won't help; even if it puts the
files back, it won't put back the needed registry entries.
