You need to check the file associations for the type of images you want
to open with the web browser that are opening with notepad instead.
Double click My Computer, choose Tools, Folder Options, File Types.
Scroll down to the image type, most probably JPG, JPEG and JPE. If it
lists Notepad for Open With, click the change button and select the
browser you use.
