Mike,
Open Add/Remove Programs and uninstall "Yahoo Internet Mail". Not that this removes the context menu and also uninstall the Yahoo mail MAPI plugin. To remove the context menu entry alone, try this:
Open Registry Editor and naivgate to:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Yahoo! Mail
Backup the above key by exporting it. Then, delete the key from the registry.
