It's not on the CD. It usually comes with the CD on a yellow sticker
or attached to the CD folder. For OEM machines, it's usually on a
sticker attached to the case. On my notebook computer, the product
key is on a sticker attached to the bottom of the machine.
If you lost your product key and need to find it...... assuming the
OS is installed and running, go here and download "ViewKeyXP" and run
it.
