If no one answered it is could be because no one reading this newsgroup
right now has the answer - these are international newsgroups and
posters are all over the world. The person who might have your answer
could be sleeping or working. Doesn't the MSN Zone have tech support or
user groups? You might do better posting there. I can't help you with
MSN because I don't use it. As far as the second part of your question,
I am extremely reluctant to make suggestions that might hose your
system based on the very sketchy information you provided. You might
want to call in a local computer professional to take a look at your
system. Often someone onsite can quickly deal with a problem that is
difficult to describe in a newsgroup.

If you still want help, then please repost with a lot more details about
your system, the "file wrongly named windows" (are you sure you mean a
file - do you mean a folder?), whether you have a current antivirus
installed, and if you've scanned for spyware.
