system locks up

while useing either xphome or xppro sys will lock up if
not used for a min or two then you have to hit
ctrl+alt+del open task mgr hit switch to close then every
thing is fine then it will do it again and again i've
replaced motherboards(3) cpus, ram,powersupplys,and i
have given my hdrive 3 different tests from maxtor and
thirdparty and it chks out fine. i have updated from home
to pro then from a clean setup. i have formated the hdd
in fat32 and in ntfs and it will still lock up help please
