Normally after I explain to my clients what caused the problem, they are
pretty good at avoid the same issue again. The problem occurs when other
techs do not explain what caused the problem and the clients continue to
perform the same action that caused the problem to begin with. Now with that
said, it would seem to those same techs that if you told the "secrets" of
what caused the problem and how to fix it one would have no need to call us
out to fix their computer problems anymore. I believe if you build a
relationship with any client that they will call on you more! That has been
my experience anyway... ;-)
