That is there only if you installed as an upgrade and selected to keep
files. If you did not or later converted to NTFS, the Win98 files will
have been removed already
If you installed as a dual boot, with XP in a different folder (and I
hope a separate partition), all you can do is delete the windows folder
that Win98 was in, making sure you get it right. In the case of a two
partition dual boot, be sure you keep the files in the root of the C
drive - ntldr, ntdetect.com and boot.ini
