If your system came with no XP CD, the manufacturer was required to supply
some form of recovery, such as a hidden partition with the setup files.
This usually works with a recovery routine supplied by them. Check your
documentation for such a routine or contact their tech support as we'd have
no way of knowing the routine they supplied for your system and it varies
from one manufacturer to another.
