error message???

My daughter is getting the following error message,"error
loading NvQ Twk the specified module cannot be found".
Recently she was hit by the mydoom.f virus,and has used
the reoval tool for that virus.
She has also installed ,ad-aware & spybot search &
destroy,both these programs have found many,many files
which she has deleted,however this error message remains.
Any help would be appeciated,thanks,
