Task Manager disabled by administrator.

When I try to use the Task Manager I get the "task
manager disabled by the administrator". This is my home
computer with Windows XP Home Edition with three user
including me. If my wife and daughter are logged on the
task manager can be used. How can I get mine to be
enabled? Thanks in advance.
