Thank you for posting!
However, I cannot reproduce your scenario in my test environment. I
followed the exact same steps as you mentioned, but I cannot see the
message about " 'Folder Tasks' must be enabled".
Could you please describe the exact message you see after the steps you
took.
I agree with Peter that you must enable "Audit object access" in Group
Policy console before enabling the auditing in the Advanced tab of security
properties of folder or files.
