How do I remove a deleted listing under recent files within Money 2003. The money file has been deleted, i just want the file listing removed also so that no users will chick it.

Hi,
If you're comfortable running REGEDIT...
Those MRU listings should be at
[ HKEY_ CURRENT _ USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Money\12.0] or 11.0 for your
version of Money.
In the right hand pane you should see the String Values
MRU File 0
MRU File 1
etc
Select and Export that key (just in case) You should then be able to delete
the one you don't want to see anymore and renumber the others so they are
still consecutive (0,1,2,3 etc)
Or... I don't know how many files Money holds in the MRU list, but that
file, if not used for awhile, should get bumped off the list eventually.
