There is something that attacks that file. If there is a regular (not
Restore) XP CD, then Set the BIOS to boot CD before Hard Disk. Boot the
XP CD and, instead of Setup, take the immediate R for Repair. Assume
any password requested is blank, and TAB over. and if the CD drive is
say D: give
Expand D:\i386\shell.dl_ C:\Windows\system32\shell.dll
