Boot up problems

Ok had several errow iwth my computer, got most of them
fixed but i have a new one, seems im not detecting my
hard drive, my computer boots up fine now but i get this
error "DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS
ENTER" any and all help thanx in advance, here lil post
of what my previous issues where if it helps at all:

ok iv made some progress, my computer does now boot up
and loads, it trys to detect my hardrives but it cant, i
get the error" CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded
Warning! CPU has been changed. Please re-enter CPU
settings in the CMOS setup and remeber to save before
quit!:" It just hangs there, any help on what i need to
change or how to do it, any help thanx in adavance.
