I understand this occurs only within Start Menu. But worth giving it a try. *Backup and delete these two:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\AraxisMerge65]
@="{7A0B5906-6671-42FE-B404-6247FC57770B}"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\ZipScan]
@="{80E0886C-C630-464D-896F-478EDA4122D4}"
If it does not help, you can undo the setting any time.
