Depends, did you upgrade or create a dual boot?
If you upgraded, then there should be an option to remove the WinME backup
under Add & Remove in the Control Panel.
If you created a dual boot, then you can simply delete the WinME system
folders from Windows Explorer and edit boot.ini to remove the reference to
it.
