It is provided so as to have the extra code to give that new facility,
including adding the interface in Start as a minor aspect. All the
registry keys are to handle the settings you can make in that way.
Kelly I think gave you a means of adapting a couple of existing items to
handle different folders. That is as far as you can go without having
the source code of explorer and rewriting a chunk of it
