I have a Win XP SP1 machine at home, and now I can not go to any website. I
connect using dial up modem or cable modem, and it says I am connected, but
when I go to IE and type in any website (www.microsoft.com, www.yahoo.com,
www.google.com), it keeps saying "Page can not be found", and at the top it
says "Could not find server". I used to be able to go to any website before.
I already uninstall McCafee firewall and disable the VirusScan on this
machine.

This problem seems to start happening after we installed Windows XP Hotfix
(SP2) Q815485. I tried to uninstall the Hotfix, but I could not find it in
the list of programs in Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs.
Another information: we used to have XP Home edition, then we upgraded to XP
Professional. After that, we could not even start the Remote Access
Connection Manager, so we reinstall XP SP1, and that enable us to start the
Remote Access Connection Manager again.

How can I fix this problem ? Thank you so much.
