Kelly,
Thank you for answering my post. However I am no further
ahead, then I was before. I did not download .NET
Framework 1.1, it has just appeared on my computer along
with a new user account. I know this because I am
particular about what updates I download, I have had
issues in the past. What bothers me the most is that
there is now a new user, that I did not create and a
program I DID NOT install...
