Hi,
Chkdsk requires direct disk access, this is accomplished by having the disk
check done on system restart. The system should prompt you to schedule this
after the cryptic error message. If not, start/run cmd, then run "chkdsk /r
C:" from the prompt. Follow the prompts to schedule it.
