user accounts

Help!!! I shut down my computer because a thunderstorm
warning in the area. When I turned it back on the
computer loaded to a logon screen. I have never set up
any users on my account. The computer loaded and I
immediately checked user accounts. I now have another
user account called ASP.NET I did nto set this up and am
wondering what has happened? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
