When backing up. It means backup what you CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE!
In most cases that is data, most user data is stored in C:\Documents
and Setttings, so I suggest you backup or copy that to offline storage
such as CDR/RW, DVD/R, Zip/Jaz, USB MEmory, Tape etc.
