Not of the whole folder; some items at the top level of
Documents and Setings\account name\
and some subfolders are needed at logon, and must be in the expected
place.

But you can move the My Documents and other 'My' folders from it; open a
window to show them, another on the alternate drive, and *right* drag
across, taking *Move* here. That will move files and update registry
pointers, so using simple 'My Documents' will stiil find them
