He wants to use small icons which is no longer on a menu. List (which looks 
like small icons) works like details view. Small icons work like large icons 
(have a positional attribute). While listview still supports small icons (I 
spent a few hours looking into it till I saw he's spam) the problem is two
1. Getting an hwindow to the list view control (as it changes every 
invocation)
2. Explorer may no longer have the code that stores and retrieves settings 
for this mode.
