Open device manager and delete all the USB hubs and ports
and reboot. That should cause plug and play to detect the
USB as new hardware and install the correct drivers.

| I did that. In fact now when I reboot, I physically have
to unplug the USB
| mouse and from the back and then plug it back in and then
it goes okay, but
| still no USB 2.0. What the heck is wrong here? Can't
anyone help or am I the
| only one whom has ever had this problem. Is very
frustrating. Hope someone
| can come up with some sort of solution.
