Press the S key a few seconds after you do the ctrl-alt-del. I forgot to
mention that you will have to press Enter to confirm the shutdown. You are
obviously on a pc that is working now, practice doing the ctrl-alt-del on it
to see how it works. Just don't hit Enter or you will shut down the pc you
are working on.
