Hi,
Are you downloading, running, or installing software? They are all very
different operations, and the "cure" for your problem will depend on which
one you are actually having.
Downloading indicates a transfer of a file from some source, generally a web
or ftp site.
Installing indicates that you are setting up software for use on the system.
Running indicates that you are starting a program from a shortcut or
executable file, and that program is already installed.
