Get EVEREST from www.lavalys.com and it will accurately
identify the motherboard.
Get the Intel download from
http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df/Detail_Desc.asp?agr=N&ProductID=949&DwnldID=1990
There is a list of motherboards on that page.
The board has sensors built-in. It is possible that Dell
has their own BIOS version that turns it off. Check the
Dell support to see if they offer any suggestions. You paid
for telephone support from Dell, use it. They speak very
good English in India, I think some of the complaints about
over-seas customer support comes from people who can't speak
English properly (see what Bill Cosby said).
