If when you upgraded to Windows XP, you chose the option to save
the old operating system, and you did not convert your drive to
NTFS, yes, you can uninstall XP in Add/Remove programs and revert
to Windows 98.
If either of the above is not true, there is no way to go back to
98 without doing a clean installation, wiping everything off your
drive (but you can save your pictures/graphic files by first
writing them to another medium, such as CDs).
Why do you want to do this? As far as I'm concerned, it's a big
step backwards. If you're having problems with XP, they can
almost certainly be solved; tell us about your problems here and
it's very likely that someone can help you.
